MEET KIANA WEBB
Kiana Webb, one of the most successful women in business and community-focused philanthropy in the US, had a revelation. She felt that she had seemingly reached the pinnacle of her career, yet she felt unfulfilled. Kiana embarked on a journey of self-discovery, determining that she wanted more for herself, her life, and for others.
While on this path, Kiana created Glorious Arisings, a source of tools and resources to help people get to the next level wherever they are; and to let go of what is no longer serving them. Part of Glorious Arisings’ offerings includes Perfect World Visions, a session to help envision your goals and aspirations, KEY-EO, a curriculum to help entrepreneurs strive and succeed, and much more.
SELF
In my perfect world, I am truly free. The freedom I have stems from within – I live fully in acceptance of myself and everything around me, without expectations. I choose to live in absolute joy. I live as I have been created to, so that I can be one with everything.

FAMILY
For myself, I never want anything to become more important than remaining together. The beauty of family is that within it, you’ll probably learn the most about yourself - and it doesn’t always particularly mean blood, but rather who you spend the most time with. I know that I am loved, and that’s the world I wish to always create. Not only for my kids, but for everyone around me, and for those who come into contact with me. I do this by seeing people as who they are and creating the space for them to live as fully themselves. Family requires patience, forgiveness, and a lot of LOVE. I’m grateful for family; my brothers, parents, relatives, friends, and especially the 3 human beings that I had the privilege of birthing, because they show me every day what’s possible when you give people the space to be who they are. LEADERSHIP
Kiana's strong entrepreneurial spirit has always compelled her to do more for others, yet she remains grounded and focused on the importance of being a vessel for others. Kiana is an active participant in professional and social organization. She is an advocate for improving the lives of women, children, and people of color. Kiana Webb currently serves as the CEO of Webb Family Enterprises (WFE), a management company that oversees numerous business ventures through the lens of pursuing purity.
COMMUNITY
The world is a bundle of energetic joy, it gives life to everything that we do. I view community as everything that is in existence, because we’re sharing it’s resources and are always contributing to one another. Each of us are meant to be here; we are worthy, and we are necessary. As a community, our differences make us better, our similarities make us related, and our interests allow us to expand possibilities.
