  • The ERT is a social and professional network of entrepreneurs running small to mid-size businesses looking to grow together personally and professionally. The network of entrepreneurs participate in a semi-structured experience including sessions with a curriculum, voluntary group activities, and check-ins.

  • Entrepreneurs who participate in the ERT get an engaging and transformative experience that will provide all of the tools needed to take their business to the next level while growing personally at the same time. No matter where our entrepreneurs begin, there will be plenty to learn and apply from the ERT program. Advanced entrepreneurs will gain through innovation and sharing. Newer entrepreneurs will gain from the wisdom of the lessons learned from the advanced entrepreneurs. All will gain from the structured curriculum and engagement exercises. This is truly a transformative experience.

  • Each session has a planned transformation built into the program. We test the impact of the transformation after each session. Where the transformation occurs, we ask for insight into the lessons learned. Where the transformation does not occur, we ask for feedback to improve the content of our curriculum. Additionally, our curriculum caters to all learning styles for an inclusive experience.

  • We believe everyone who participates in the ERT will gain significantly for it. If for some reason the program does not satisfy your needs, we will apply your payment toward a future course that is improved based on your feedback.
